I contacted Sydney through a referral. Sydney was a very kindhearted real estate agent. My purchase was a preconstruction home. Prior to the purchase Sydney did many comparisons on different choices to make sure I was fully informed of the purchase, she also provided her professional opinion on all the things I needed to know as to buy a pre-construction home. Her after-sale services were gratifying, from PDI (pre-delivery inspection), retain a lawyer and to find a good home insurance broker etc., she helped all.
